Abstract

The study explores the impact of TQM aspects on hotel employee satisfaction. The study used a questionnaire survey to collect data from 122 hotel managers or representatives in 3-star hotels in Da Nang City. Collected data were analysed by using a structural equation (PLS-SEM). The research results show that the main aspects of TQM including continuous improvement, process management and leadership have a positive impact on hotel employee satisfaction. Based on the research results, some managerial implications are suggested to improve employee satisfaction at 3-star hotels in Da Nang City.
