Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the intention to use the ZaloPay e-wallet among Gen Z in Ho Chi Minh City. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing 243 survey responses collected via a Google Form questionnaire distributed through online platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Teams. The data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and linear regression. The findings indicate that factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, perceived value, security and privacy, hedonic motivation, and facilitating conditions all have a positive impact on the intention to use ZaloPay.
