Abstract

In digital transformation, building a corporate culture that responds to changing needs is a challenge for economic groups. Based on theoretical arguments and research around the world, the article presents current digital culture issues (corporate culture in digital transformation), such as impacts on business indicators, employee adoption of technology, operational changes, or a leader's role in guiding the culture. Therefore, the article proposes recommendations to develop digital culture transformation activities in economic groups in Vietnam, with three main focuses: building a culture based on original values, learning strong values from born-technology companies, and reorienting important values in the digital age.
