Abstract

The logistics industry is regarded as the backbone of the economy, affecting all areas of production, distribution, circulation, and product consumption. In the context of the digital economy integration, logistics businesses need to accelerate their digital transformation to increase management competencies and business activities, and to enhance the quality of workforces. However, the reality shows that this process still has many limitations that need to be overcome. The article focuses on clarifying the theoretical basis of digital transformation in Vietnamese logistics enterprises, pointing out the achievements and limitations, and then proposes some solutions to promote digital transformation in these enterprises.
