Abstract

Dong Nai is facing many difficulties in ensuring human resources for economic growth and sustainable development. On the one hand, Dong Nai must ensure to attract a large number of unskilled workers to meet the needs of today's company. On the other hand, facing the urgent need to improve labor quality, increase high-quality labor resources to strengthen “endogenous” capacity as well as competitiveness, meeting increasing requirements in development. develop the economy. The article focuses on analyzing some aspects of Dong Nai province’s socio-economic characteristics, labor characteristics, labor attraction in economic sectors, and labor quality of Dong Nai province today. From there, clarify requirements and solutions to promote increasing high-quality labor resources to meet the requirements of sustainable development in the coming period.
