Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of individual factors - creativity, confidence in innovation capabilities, and job engagement - on the innovative work behavior of banking employees, as well as the effect of innovative work behavior on job performance. The research employs a quantitative approach using data from 250 employees of joint-stock commercial banks in Hanoi, analyzed using PLS-SEM 3.0. The findings indicate that all these factors influence innovative work behavior, with confidence in innovation capabilities having the strongest impact, followed by creativity and job engagement. In addition, innovative work behavior significantly affects job performance. Based on these results, the study suggests strategies to foster innovative work behavior to enhance work efficiency.
