Abstract

This study aims to identify  internal factors influencing human resource development in enterprises within the processing and manufacturing sector in Khanh Hoa province. Survey data were collected from 493 employees working at local enterprises in the province. The study employs Cronbach’s Alpha testing, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The estimation results show that leadership perspectives, training and capacity building, human resource recruitment, salaries and benefits, job performance evaluation, and working environment are the six important factors influencing human resource development in Khanh Hoa province. Based on these findings, policy recommendations are proposed to enhance human resource development in the province’s manufacturing and processing enterprises.
