Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital literacy on online security behavior and consumers' intention to use e-payment methods, employing the Technology acceptance model (TAM) as a theoretical framework. E-payment represents a crucial component of the e-commerce ecosystem and the broader context of digital transformation. The research sample consists of 529 consumers across Vietnam who have either previously engaged in online payment transactions or intend to do so via the Internet. The survey results indicate that digital literacy significantly influences both online security behavior and the usage intention of online payment systems among consumers.
