Abstract

The study aims to assess the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate sustainable development of enterprises through two mediating factors, namely green innovation strategy and green brand image, and also assess the impact of green innovation strategy and green brand image. A survey of 408 senior managers and CEOs at small and medium-sized enterprises in the food processing industry in the Southeast region of Vietnam was conducted. Using a mixed research method combining quantitative and qualitative methods, the research results show that corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on corporate sustainable development, green innovation strategy has a positive impact on green brand image, and the mediating role of green innovation strategy and green brand image is also actively supported. The results of this study suggest some managerial implications for business leaders to refer to in strategic planning.
