Abstract

By using data gathered from 34 textile and garment companies, this study looks at the effect of internal factor research on product innovation of textile and apparel companies listed on the stock market between 2016 and 2022. The empirical results confirmed the impact of company financial performance and the ratio of development investment on the probability of product innovation when using Logit regression with panel data. Furthermore, the study reveals the impact on the ability to innovate products is a fixed effect model. Lastly, several managerial implementations were proposed based on the analysis of the data.
